IS SEO DEAD?

Well, definitely no. However, it is progressing and changing everyday. According to the book,SEO before(Search Engine Optimization) referred primarily to a series of tactical approaches you could use to get your site into one of the top spots on search engines like Google and Bing but in today’s generation it is not only tactical approaches they lean on but also in well thought out strategy that integrates multiple aspects, from great content and quality links to an active social media presence and a deep understanding of your audience.

SEO relies on authority positioning, having a strong brand, and creating real value for people interested in your niche or space.SEO experts offered advice on how to build links, how to structure your website, how to select domain names, and a host of other topics designed to push you to the top of the search engines for specific searches .In SEO, integration is an important concept. SEO brings together a host of different disciplines: search optimization tactics, social media marketing, local marketing, copywriting, conversion optimization, and content development.

When we talk about SEO there is always a word which is search engines where search engines helps SEO to create a marvelous site that could benefits to SEO itself and to the audience. Search engines filters, selects the best of the best site in order to provide a great content that links possibly with what the user was looking for when he/she initiated the search. And the currency of search engines is keywords and keywords matter when you are net surfing. There Search engines ranks and prioritize those site that are relevant and there are qualifications considered, the Link authority, On page factors, and the Content. Search engines like google has an evolution algorithm,the Panda next to it is Penguin then the Hummingbird. Search engines also has penalties therefore SEO should be careful about it.

When we are net surfing on the internet sometimes we say,”kalog/kaloading ba ui” it is because of the word traffic or the website traffic. There are types of website traffic such as organic traffic, referral traffic, social media marketing traffic, paid traffic, and direct traffic.

There are three pillars in SEO, the links, content, and the social media marketing. Link building is a set of SEO tactics that results in the creation of hyperlinks from other websites to your own, for the purpose of introducing external readers to your company’s content.  Content is something contained in your website that is simply great. Social media gives companies an additional platform to interact with customers, build their brand, and create a community, all while also driving traffic to their website and each company has different  social media strategy depends on their target market and what they are interested in.

In SEO, there is what we called On-page and Off-page Optimization. When we say On-page optimization it’s how your structure your website,how you design, how you label your URLs, managing your metadata, and the on-page content while Off-page optimization are the activities that you do on the rest of the internet to promote your site, such as link building and social media promotion. In SEO there is also a campaign.SEO campaigns raise awareness of your brand, Ther are seven qualities of strong brand, the uniqueness, audience knowledge, passion, competitiveness,  consistency, leadership, and exposure.

Remember, strong SEO depends on creating great content, appealing with an audience via social media, and earning high quality links along the way. The best way to get started is to put  tactics into action building your own site and brand.

Subjects: Filipino 2

We continued our individual reporting about “lathalain/ artikulo, Mga Katangian ng Lathalain, Mga uri ng Lathalain”, what is “Paunang Salita” all about, and  “Mga Bahagi ng Sualtin”. The  three parts of “Bahagi ng Sulatin” are “Simula o Introduksyon” or Introduction, “Gitna o Katawan” or The Body and the “Wakas o Kongklusyon” or Conclusion and other related thoughts about the topics.

Last  August 28, 2015 we celebrated the “Buwan ng Wika” and it was a successful event.

Subject: Programming 3 JAVA (Object-Oriented Programming)

We continued our last  activity which is coding. I learned about polymorphism, and java modifiers.

Polymorphism is the ability of an object to take on many forms. The most common use of polymorphism in OOP occurs when a parent class reference is used to refer to a child class object.

Java  has a variety of modifiers  and  Java Access Modifiers and Non Access Modifiers are included. Java Access Modifiers includes public, private, protecting, etc., Non Access Modifiers includes static, final, etc.,.

Subject: Natural Science (Physics)

I learned what is projectile motion, its components the horizontal and vertical components, equation applicable for each component of projectile motion, the concept of force,  four fundamental of force which are the gravitational force, electromagnetic force, weak nuclear force,and the strong nuclear force, First People who Investigated the Effect of Force(Force & Motion), We also had  quizzes and assignment.

Subject: Psychology

We watched the  movie that we created about the human stages development. The movie was created by group and if you are there watching the movie we made and to my co-groups  I’m sure you will laugh out loud. We just copied the lesson that our teacher wrote  on the chalkboard  about Theories of Human Development which are the Psychosexual Stages of Human Development, Psychosocial Stages of Human Development, Cognitive Stages of Human Development, and Moral Development Theory.

Subject: OS Application 1

I learned what is Memory Management all about, what are those algorithms and their definition for searching list of free block for specific amount of memory and how to calculate it, what is segmentation,compaction, partitioning and paging methods and their advantages and disadvantages. We also had a quiz and about  my score I got more than the passing score. Not bad after all.

Subject: Database Management System

We had an activity about html just for  overview, We had a quiz about the assignment our teacher gave.It was all about wildcards, instances and schemas, Levels of Abstraction, View of Data, Physical Data Independence,Data Definition Language, Data Manipulation, Database Users, Duties of Database Administrator, Transaction Management, and Storage Manager. And I  thank God for He heard my prayer to help me in answering the quiz, He’ll will enlighten my mind  so I wont get low score. 🙂

Subject: Accounting Principles

I learned what is the Difference  between Cash Basis and Accrual Basis in Accounting, what is Matching Concept, definition of Adjustment and Adjustment Entries, Types of Adjusting Entries which are Accrued Expense, Accrued Income, Deferred Income,Deferred Expense, Depreciation, and Doubtful Accounts or Bad Debts, and I learned how to journalize adjusting entries and determining the balances of the account affected by adjustments. We also had an activity about adjusting entry and assignments.

Subject: Data Structure

We continued our last activity which is about STACK. I learned about Abstract Data Types, how to use it.

Subject: P.E. 3

We had  practice about the basic steps of Arnis. Arnis is also known as Eskrima and Kali. It is the Philippines’ national martial art  and sport. After the practice we then called by our teacher for final demonstration for our grades. And for me, Arnis is a  cool sport .
